Sambuca di Sicilia hosts journalists Marco Galluzzo and Gaetano Savatteri
The Zabook festival, ‘Il borgo che legge’, will host prominent Italian journalists Marco Galluzzo and Gaetano Savatteri in Sambuca di Sicilia during late August.
On August 23, Marco Galluzzo, a correspondent for Corriere della Sera, will present ‘Berlusconi confidential. Biografia non autorizzata di dieci anni al potere’. The book provides an account of Silvio Berlusconi’s political tenure through direct testimonies and behind-the-scenes insights from parliamentary reporting.
On August 29, Gaetano Savatteri will present ‘La Sicilia non esiste. L’isola tra realtà e racconto, tra storia e leggenda’. His work explores the complexities of Sicilian identity by weaving together history, memory, and collective imagination.
