Sameh Hussein launches ‘Box Al Eila’ to bring theater to Egyptian provinces

Actor Sameh Hussein and director Islam Imam are launching a new theatrical initiative aimed at bringing high-quality performances to various Egyptian provinces, moving beyond the traditional focus on the capital. The project operates under the slogan ‘Theater for All,’ seeking to provide diverse audiences with access to professional artistic works.

The play ‘Box Al Eila’ serves as the inaugural production for this endeavor. Hussein has taken on the role of producer for this project, a move described as a bold step to support the arts during challenging times. The play explores themes of modern family dynamics and the sense of alienation within domestic relationships through comedy and human situations.
