Sami Zayn discusses lack of social media tribute to PAC

WWE superstar Sami Zayn has addressed why he did not post a public tribute on social media following the death of his longtime friend and fellow wrestler, PAC (Benjamin Satterley). In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Zayn explained that he felt a tweet or Instagram post could not adequately capture the depth of their bond.

Zayn described PAC as being like a brother with whom he had traveled the world and grown up. He expressed difficulty in finding words that would do justice to their relationship, noting that a collection of photos or a short post felt insufficient for such a significant connection. He also mentioned that his wife was very close to PAC and was deeply affected by the loss.

PAC passed away on September 27 at the age of 40. The Cook County Medical Examiner determined the cause of death to be bronchial asthma, classifying it as a natural death. All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has previously held tributes for the wrestler.
