Samira Zvizdić receives financial aid from KJKP Pokop

Samira Zvizdić, the head of Legal and Personnel Affairs at the Sarajevo-based utility company KJKP ‘Pokop’, has received a one-time financial assistance payment following her husband’s illness. The decision, signed by director Nedžad Holjan on July 13, grants her an amount equivalent to three average net salaries in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

While the payment reportedly complies with the collective agreement for the communal services sector in Sarajevo Canton and company salary regulations, the decision has raised questions regarding its morality. The Zvizdić family holds significant assets, including multiple properties in Sarajevo and Hadžići. Denis Zvizdić, the Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, earns a monthly salary of approximately 7,362 KM, supplemented by his income as a professor at the University of Sarajevo’s Faculty of Architecture.
