Juve Stabia defeats Sampdoria 2-1 in Serie B comeback

Juve Stabia secured a 2-1 comeback victory against Sampdoria at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris during the second matchday of Serie B. Although Sampdoria took an early lead through Gennaro Tutino, Juve Stabia responded with goals from Bellich and Di Nardo to overturn the result.

The match was marked by significant injury concerns for Sampdoria. Three starters were forced off due to physical issues: Salvatore Esposito, Fabio Depaoli, and Mattia Viti, the latter of whom required a stretcher after a non-contact injury.

Following the match, Sampdoria manager Bernardo Corradi addressed the loss, criticizing goalkeeper Peter Vindahl for errors leading to the goals while calling for team unity. He also emphasized the need to protect young talent like Krastev during this difficult period.
