Samsun is undergoing significant infrastructure developments in the healthcare and transportation sectors. A new polyclinic building project has been launched with a budget of 37 million TL. Spanning 27,000 square meters, the facility is planned to include 127 polyclinic rooms, imaging diagnostic units, a 25-classroom nursery, and a 410-person cafeteria.

In the transportation sector, Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced the groundbreaking for new domestic and international terminal buildings at Samsun Çarşamba International Airport. This expansion aims to increase the airport's capacity to 3 million passengers. Additionally, construction will begin on a new tram line connecting to the Samsun City Hospital to improve urban transit.
