Samsun hazelnut house fire causes material damage

A fire broke out in a hazelnut house belonging to Veli Sarı in the Albak neighborhood of the Salıpazarı district in Samsun. The incident occurred around 11:30 AM.

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department teams were dispatched to the scene following reports from local residents. Firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control and extinguish it. While the fire caused material damage to the structure, no injuries or fatalities were reported.

Preliminary assessments suggest the fire may have been caused by an electric stove. An investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of the incident.
