Police in İnegöl, Turkey, stopped a light‑commercial vehicle (plate 16 BLY 779) after suspecting a traffic violation. The driver, 19‑year‑old Celal Ç., was found to have no driver’s licence and to be 1.5 ‰ over the legal alcohol limit. He attempted to delay the breath‑test by requesting water and using various excuses, but a subsequent test confirmed intoxication.

During the investigation it emerged that the vehicle’s registration photo belonged to Celal’s twin brother, Resul Ç., whose own licence was also revoked for a prior alcohol‑related offence. Celal Ç. was taken to the police station for questioning.
The case highlights strict enforcement of traffic and alcohol‑related laws by the İnegöl District Police.
