Samsung has begun distributing the One UI 9 update, based on Android 17, for the Galaxy S26 Ultra in Italy. The update package is approximately 4 GB and includes security patches from September 5, 2026. Key features include enhanced Galaxy AI integration, such as the 'Now nudge' for contextual suggestions in notifications and a floating button, and 'My FanCam,' which allows users to automatically track a specific person within a video.

In hardware news, Insta360 has released the Luna Ultra, a pocket gimbal camera designed for creators. Developed with Leica, the device features a dual-lens system with a 1-inch main sensor and supports 8K recording. A notable innovation is its detachable OLED display that functions as a wireless remote. The camera weighs 233 grams and includes 47 GB of internal storage.
