Samsung and Motorola announce new mobile technology developments

Samsung has introduced its eighth generation of foldable devices, the Galaxy Z8 series, which includes the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8, and Galaxy Z Flip8. The lineup is designed to cater to different user needs, ranging from high-end productivity and multitasking to portability and content creation. The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra features an 8-inch foldable display and supports up to three simultaneous applications, supported by Galaxy AI and a 5,000 mAh battery.

In the mobile audio sector, Motorola has announced a multi-year global partnership with Bang & Olufsen. This collaboration will integrate ‘Audio by Bang & Olufsen’ into Motorola devices, following a trend of smartphone manufacturers partnering with specialized audio brands like AKG, Harman Kardon, and Bose to improve sound quality and spatial audio technology.
