Samsung and Southco showcase new AI and data center technologies

Samsung has unveiled its latest AI-powered home and business appliances at “The Brief” tech seminar in Hanoi, Vietnam. The new lineup includes the Bespoke AI WindFree Pro Air Conditioner, which uses AI Motion Wind to adapt airflow to movement and integrates with Samsung wearables to adjust cooling based on sleep states. Additionally, the Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub features enhanced AI Vision capable of recognizing over 2,000 food items to suggest recipes via the SmartThings Food platform.

In the industrial sector, Southco Korea announced it will demonstrate new data center access hardware at Data Center Korea 2026. The company is focusing on solutions for high-density computing and liquid cooling, including quick disconnect solutions for leak-resistant connections, inject/eject mechanisms for blind-mate architectures, and remote access management for secure electronic control and real-time monitoring.
