Samsung C&T launches AI senior living solution Everling

Samsung C&T Construction Division has officially launched ‘Everling’, an artificial intelligence-driven senior living solution designed to manage health, safety, and facility operations. The platform aims to realize ‘digital hospitality’ by integrating fragmented health and lifestyle data to improve care quality and operational efficiency.

The solution consists of three core components: ‘Wellness Coach’, which uses non-contact sensors to monitor physical and sleep status; ‘Safe On’, which utilizes AI CCTV and ambient sensors to detect falls or abnormal behavior 24/7; and ‘Living Manager’, which integrates resident health trends, safety information, and facility management data.

Following successful testing in premium silver towns, Everling is currently being implemented in several locations, including The Signum House Gangnam and Caring Stay Uijeongbu Arboretum. Samsung C&T is expanding its software business portfolio, following its existing platforms Homeniq for apartment residents and Bynd for office building users.
