Samsung C&T wins 738.1 billion won reconstruction project in Changwon
Samsung C&T has been selected as the construction company for the Yongho District 1 reconstruction project in Changwon, South Korea. The project, valued at approximately 738.1 billion won, involves developing eight residential buildings reaching up to 46 stories high, totaling 1,315 households and neighborhood living facilities.
The proposed complex, named ‘Raemian Cliere’, is designed to maximize views of the adjacent Yongji Lake. Samsung C&T has adjusted the orientation and spacing of the residential buildings to increase the number of units with lake views from 584 to 955. The design includes a 148-meter landmark building featuring a sky community with a lounge, guest house, and terrace on the 46th floor.
Other planned amenities include a 6,500-pyeong central plaza, 14 themed gardens, and a 2.4km walking path. The development will also incorporate advanced technologies such as the ‘Homeniq’ home platform, AI-based parking guidance systems, and high-grade floor noise reduction technology.
