Samsung Electronics opens Business Experience Studio in Vietnam

Samsung Electronics Vietnam has officially opened its Business Experience Studio (BES) in Hanoi. Located on the 18th floor of the PVI Tower, the 522-square-meter facility is designed to showcase advanced technological solutions within simulated real-world operational environments.

Rather than displaying individual products, the studio simulates various industry settings to help corporate clients visualize how Samsung’s integrated technologies can meet specific organizational needs. The space includes setups for public administration and manufacturing, featuring specialized large-scale display solutions such as The Wall All-in-One, Smart Signage 5K, and Galaxy Tab devices.

Hyung Bin Joo, President and General Director of Samsung Electronics Vietnam, stated that the studio aims to support the strong digital transformation occurring in Vietnam. He noted that businesses are increasingly seeking comprehensive technological solutions tailored to their specific industry operations rather than isolated devices.
