Samsung partners with Activision for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4
Samsung Electronics has entered an official partnership with Activision Blizzard for the upcoming first-person shooter, ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4’. Samsung will serve as the official provider for TVs, monitors, soundbars, and Wi-Fi speakers for the title.
Technical integration is a core component of the deal. The game will support a 32:9 super-ultrawide aspect ratio, specifically optimized for Samsung’s Odyssey G9 monitors, and will feature HDR10+ Gaming technology to enhance color accuracy and contrast.
As part of the rollout, Samsung will host a livestream of ‘Call of Duty: NEXT’ via its Gaming Hub on August 21. Additionally, the company plans to distribute early access codes for the game’s beta through its Samsung Promotion app. Samsung will also host an experience zone at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany, allowing visitors to play the title on Odyssey monitors ahead of its official release on October 23, 2026.
