Samsung Electronics Poland partners with Polish Volunteer Fire Brigade on safety technology

Samsung Electronics Poland and the Polish Volunteer Fire Brigade (ZOSP RP) signed a letter of intent in Warsaw on 28 July to combine Samsung’s digital expertise with the brigade’s rescue experience. The partnership will promote and develop smart safety solutions, including intelligent smoke detectors and carbon‑monoxide sensors linked to Samsung’s SmartThings ecosystem, enabling automatic alerts for households and faster information exchange during emergencies.

The agreement also supports the brigade’s “First Responder” education program and the Solve for Tomorrow initiative, where youth fire teams design local safety solutions. Members of the volunteer fire service will receive preferential access to devices secured with Samsung Knox, and the partners will meet at least monthly to discuss joint projects and events.
