Samsung enables AI call recording, transcription, and summarization

Recent versions of Samsung’s One UI include features that allow users to record, transcribe, and summarize phone calls using Galaxy AI.

To enable these functions, users can access the phone app settings to activate automatic call recording. Once configured, the transcription assistant can automatically convert recorded calls into text. Additionally, Galaxy AI can be used to generate summaries of these transcriptions. These tools are designed to assist with productivity in professional and personal contexts, such as recording job interviews, capturing specific instructions or quotes, and maintaining records for customer service interactions.
