Samsung Galaxy A27 5G launched in India with cash‑back offers and mid‑range specs

Samsung has completed its 2024 mid‑range lineup with the Galaxy A27, the third model joining the higher‑end A57. The A27 is built with a plastic frame, offers IP64 protection and is powered by a 4 nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, paired with 6‑8 GB of RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It features a 6.7‑inch 120 Hz Super AMOLED display protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+, a 5000 mAh battery, and a triple‑camera system (50 MP main, 5 MP ultra‑wide, 2 MP macro) plus a 12 MP front sensor. In India the phone is sold through Samsung stores and partners in Light Green, Light Pink and Black, with cashback up to INR 3,000 and zero‑down‑payment schemes, and supports Google Gemini, Bixby, Knox security and Android updates for six years.

In Italy, the A27 is contrasted with the Galaxy A57, which uses an aluminum body, IP68 rating, a newer Exynos 1680 chipset, up to 12 GB of RAM, and a more advanced camera array that adds a 12 MP ultra‑wide lens. The A57’s display is a Super AMOLED+ panel and it is slimmer and lighter than the A27. Both phones target different price points within Samsung’s mid‑range segment.
