The S27 Pro is said to have a rated capacity of 5,087 mAh, which Samsung would market as about 5,200 mAh. The S27 Ultra is reported to hold a rated 5,534 mAh, likely advertised as a typical capacity of 5,700–5,800 mAh, roughly a 15% increase over the S26 Ultra’s 5,000 mAh cell.
Both devices are expected to use silicon‑carbon (Si/C) anode batteries, the same technology Samsung introduced earlier this year on the Galaxy Z Fold8 series. The leaks also confirm a four‑model lineup – Galaxy S27, S27+, S27 Pro, and S27 Ultra – slated for an early‑2027 launch, with most sources pointing to a January‑February release. Additional details note that the Pro model could be priced between US$1,099 and US$1,199 and may feature upgraded camera hardware, including 50‑MP ultrawide and 5× zoom lenses.
