Samsung Galaxy S27 series leaks suggest 60W charging and privacy screens

Leaked information regarding Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S27 series suggests significant hardware upgrades for its high-end models. According to Chinese 3C certification data, the Galaxy S27 Ultra and a new mid-tier high-end model, the Galaxy S27 Pro, are expected to support 60W wired fast charging.

In addition to improved charging speeds, reports indicate that the Galaxy S27 Pro and S27 Ultra may feature Samsung Display’s ‘Flex Magic Pixel’ technology. This ‘Privacy Screen’ feature, previously seen on the S26 Ultra, uses a specific pixel structure to restrict viewing angles, making screen content nearly invisible to onlookers from the side while remaining clear to the user directly in front.

The Galaxy S27 series is anticipated to launch in early 2027. The early appearance of these models in regulatory databases suggests Samsung may move its annual ‘Unpacked’ event to January rather than the traditional February timeframe.
