Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra leak shows unchanged notch and new MediaTek processor

Leaked CAD renderings reveal that Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra retains the same 14.6‑inch AMOLED panel, dimensions (326.3 × 208.5 × 5.1 mm), 11,600 mAh battery and 45 W charging as the Tab S11 Ultra. The device still features the V‑shaped display notch that houses a single 12‑megapixel front camera, a design element that drew criticism on the previous model.

The only substantive hardware change is the inclusion of a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, paired with 12–16 GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 256 GB to 1 TB. Samsung plans to ship the tablet with One UI 9.0 on top of Android 16, promising six Android version updates. Pricing has not been confirmed, but analysts expect a launch price near €1,200, positioning the tablet against Apple's iPad Pro, which starts at €1,449 and offers a more powerful Apple M5 chip.
