Samsung Galaxy Watch eSIM support available via Smart and Globe in Philippines

Samsung’s latest wearable lineup, including the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, features LTE capabilities via eSIM. In the Philippines, mobile carriers Smart and Globe currently provide eSIM support for these devices. Smart offers the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 through its Postpaid Plans+ program, with monthly installments starting at PHP 750. Globe supports eSIM functionality through its GPlan PLUS postpaid plans, allowing the watch to be added as an accessory line to existing subscriptions.

Dito does not currently offer wearable-specific eSIM plans or Galaxy Watch bundles, though it provides eSIM services for mobile phones.

Technically, the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 distinguishes itself with a 1.52-inch Super AMOLED display reaching a peak brightness of 5,000 nits and a titanium case. It operates on Wear OS 7 using a 3nm Snapdragon Wear Elite processor, providing access to the Google app ecosystem.
