Samsung increases prices for Galaxy A series smartphones

Samsung has implemented price increases across its Galaxy A series smartphone lineup, starting in the United States. The price hikes affect several popular models, including the Galaxy A17 5G, A27 5G, A37 5G, and A57 5G.

According to reported US listings, the price adjustments range from approximately $20 to $70 per device. For example, the Galaxy A17 5G, which originally launched at $199.99, is now listed at $269.99. The Galaxy A57 5G (128GB) has seen an increase from $549.99 to $599.99, while the 256GB variant is listed at $679.99.

These adjustments follow recent price increases for the Galaxy S26 flagship line. The rising costs for the Galaxy A series may impact its competitive positioning as a budget-friendly option, particularly for the A17 model, which has been a high-volume seller.
