Samsung India launches 2026 Bespoke AI appliances amid growth forecasts

Samsung India has launched its 2026 Bespoke AI appliance lineup, featuring products designed to integrate into a connected smart home ecosystem via the SmartThings platform. The new range includes the Family Hub Refrigerator with AI Vision powered by Google Gemini, which offers features such as Video-to-Recipe and localized pet and family care. Other additions include the Bespoke AI WindFree Pro Air Conditioner and specialized cassette AC units designed for Indian homes.

Alongside this product launch, Samsung India executives expressed optimism regarding the company’s financial outlook. Vice President of Digital Appliances Business, Ghufran Alam, stated that the company expects double-digit year-on-year growth in the second half of 2026. This projection is driven by strong consumer demand during the festive season, including periods such as Onam, Independence Day, and the upcoming Diwali celebrations, as well as a trend toward premiumization in the home appliances market.
