Samsung began rolling out its July 2026 security update for the Galaxy Tab S9 series, initially in South Korea. The patch, identified as firmware “X91xNKOS6EZG3,” fixes 57 vulnerabilities across Samsung’s software and Android components and is slated to reach other markets, including Brazil, in the coming weeks.

The same month, Samsung released a July 2026 security update for the mid‑range Galaxy A57 and A27 smartphones. The update, about 383 MB in size, also addresses 57 flaws – 41 from Google’s Android code and 16 Samsung‑specific issues – and was first pushed in South Korea before expanding globally, with Italy among the early notified regions.
