Samsung and display manufacturers lead 2026 TV and projector trends
The consumer display market in 2026 features a diverse range of technologies, including standard LED, QLED, and Mini-LED. Major manufacturers like Samsung, TCL, Sony, and LG are competing across various segments, from budget-friendly 55-inch models to premium large-format displays.
Samsung is currently offering significant discounts on its The Frame Pro 2026 Neo QLED series, with price reductions of up to 509 euros on 75-inch models. In Germany, the 85-inch version of The Frame Pro has also been spotted at highly competitive prices. Additionally, Samsung is making premium Neo QLED technology more accessible in smaller form factors, such as the 43-inch QN70H available at Walmart.
Beyond televisions, Samsung has launched The Freestyle+, a portable projector featuring AI-driven automatic adjustments. The device uses AI OptiScreen technology to correct 3D trapezoids, adapt colors to different wall surfaces, and detect obstacles. Other industry trends include the continued popularity of projectors for cinematic atmosphere and the integration of advanced smart platforms like Google TV, Tizen, and webOS.
