Samsung launches Galaxy A27 5G in Taiwan as Motorola previews Razr 70+ foldable flagship

Samsung introduced the Galaxy A27 5G in Taiwan, pricing the 8 GB + 128 GB model at NT$11,990 and the 8 GB + 256 GB version at NT$13,490. The phone features a 6.7‑inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 5,000 mAh battery, a triple‑camera system headed by a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, and AI‑driven Awesome Intelligence tools. Samsung pledged up to six Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates, along with hardware‑level Knox protection.

In a separate review, the Motorola Razr 70+ (2026) was compared with the Tecno Spark 50 Pro. The Razr 70+ is a 6.9‑inch foldable LTPO AMOLED display offering a 165 Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1084 × 2640 px, alongside a 4‑inch external screen. It runs on a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor with 12 GB RAM, dual 50 MP rear cameras (wide and ultra‑wide), a 3.2 MP selfie sensor, 5G connectivity, IP48 water resistance, a 4 500 mAh battery supporting 45 W wired and wireless charging, and runs Android 16. The Tecno Spark 50 Pro, by contrast, uses a Mediatek Helio G100 processor, 8 GB RAM, a 6.78‑inch IPS LCD 120 Hz panel, a single 50 MP rear camera, 800 MP selfie sensor, 6000 mAh battery, LTE only, and IP68/69 protection. The comparison highlighted the Razr 70+’s superior display, performance, camera flexibility and 5G support against the Spark 50 Pro’s lower price and longer battery life.
