Samsung launches new OLED monitors including first WOLED model

Samsung has launched a new lineup of OLED monitors, including its first model utilizing WOLED panels from LG Display. The G73SH model features a WOLED panel with 4K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate.

Additionally, Samsung introduced two QD-OLED monitors, the G80SH, which are available in 27 and 32-inch sizes. These monitors offer 4K resolution at a 240Hz refresh rate and include support for HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1, and USB-C with 98W power delivery. Both the G80SH and G73SH models come with a two-year warranty that covers screen burn-in.

The expansion of Samsung's monitor portfolio into WOLED technology highlights a growing technical collaboration between South Korean rivals Samsung and LG, driven by competition from Chinese manufacturers in the display market.
