Samsung leads Finnish July 2026 phone sales as Apple’s refurbished iPhone cracks top list
In July 2026 Samsung smartphones dominated Telia’s best‑selling phone rankings in Finland, with the budget‑friendly Galaxy A series occupying three of the top spots. For the first time a refurbished Apple iPhone 13 appeared among the best‑sellers, reflecting growing consumer interest in recycled devices.
Telia highlighted the rising demand for premium foldable models such as the Z‑Fold series and noted strong sales of children’s watch phones ahead of the new school year. OnePlus announced it would cease releasing new devices in Europe, prompting a surge in resale of its models through the Realme brand, which offered trade‑in incentives. Operators observed that the mix of high‑end and refurbished phones is lifting the overall market average price.
“Galaxy A‑malliston suosio kertonee siitä, että kuluttajat arvostavat laitteiden hinta‑laatusuhdetta,” said Telia’s device‑business director Patrik Westerberg. Jani Moisio of Elisa added that many customers are willing to pay more for premium features that improve the user experience.
