Samsung opens regional Training Academy in Zagreb

Samsung has officially opened the Samsung Training Academy in Zagreb, a new regional center for education and innovation. Located in the Matrix business center, the facility spans over 270 square meters and is designed to serve markets across the region.

The academy focuses on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions and connected technologies. It is primarily intended for professionals, including installers, designers, architects, and investors, allowing them to observe complex systems operating in real-world conditions. The space features 180 smart devices within a connected ecosystem and is divided into four functional areas: the Samsung Climate Solutions Training Center, the OneSamsung zone, a classroom, and a meeting room.

Tihana Mikuš, Director of Samsung Electronics Air Conditioning Europe for the Adriatic region, stated that the academy is a strategic platform intended to improve market knowledge and raise quality standards. The goal is to ensure that projects using Samsung products are executed to the highest standards to ensure long-term user satisfaction.
