Samsung releases Galaxy Watch5 firmware update and Naver Maps adds walking navigation

Samsung has released a firmware update for the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro Bluetooth series. The update, version DZG3, is part of a security support commitment intended to provide updates for at least four years from the global release date.

Separately, Naver Maps has introduced real-time pedestrian navigation support. This feature, which reportedly began rolling out in June, allows users to receive live walking directions, a capability previously noted as a primary advantage of Apple Maps in the South Korean market.
