Samsung Electronics has officially unveiled the Galaxy S26 FE, the latest addition to its premium Galaxy S26 family. The device is the first in the series to launch with the One UI 9 interface based on Android 17, emphasizing advanced Galaxy AI capabilities.

Key hardware upgrades include the Exynos 2500 processor, built on a 3nm process, which offers improved performance for AI tasks and gaming. The smartphone features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,900 nits. It is powered by a 4,900mAh battery supporting 45W wired and 15W wireless charging.

The camera system consists of a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. New AI-driven features include ‘My FanCam’ for automatic subject tracking, ‘Photo Assist’ for voice-commanded image editing, and ‘Now Brief’ for personalized daily summaries.

Samsung is offering seven years of software and security updates for the device. The Galaxy S26 FE is available in Blueberry, Pistachio, and Graphite colors, with a scheduled release starting September 4, 2026, in various global markets.
