Samsung reportedly developing new Galaxy H1 headphones and Galaxy Buds On

Leaks suggest Samsung is expanding its audio lineup with two new products: the Galaxy H1 over-ear headphones and the Galaxy Buds On open-ear earbuds.

The Galaxy H1 is expected to be Samsung’s first major entry into the over-ear headphone market in approximately ten years. Details discovered in an APK file indicate the device will feature active noise cancellation (ANC), 360 audio with head-tracking, and a Conversation Mode that automatically adjusts to ambient sound when speech is detected. The design may utilize a hybrid control system, combining physical buttons on the left ear cup with touch surfaces on the right.

Separately, renders of the Galaxy Buds On reveal a clip-on, two-part design intended for a secure fit around the ear, connected by a silicone loop. These earbuds are rumored to include automatic volume control based on surroundings, gesture controls—such as head nods to trigger actions—and integration with Galaxy AI. While a launch date has not been confirmed, some reports suggest a release in the fourth quarter of 2026.
