Samsung unveils 2026 Micro RGB TV lineup with up to 165 Hz refresh rate

Samsung announced its 2026 television range, highlighting the new Micro RGB back‑light technology that uses individually controlled red, green and blue LEDs. The flagship R95H model features this panel, supports refresh rates up to 165 Hz, and includes gaming‑focused features such as VRR, ALLM, FreeSync Premium Pro and the Samsung Gaming Hub. Samsung also introduced refreshed OLED, Neo QLED and Mini LED models, while continuing to support HDR10+ Advanced and Eclipsa Audio and omitting Dolby Vision.

Vu Televisions launched its Glo Mini‑LED TV in India, offering QD Mini‑LED back‑lighting, 600 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, HDR10, a 120 Hz refresh rate, VRR, ALLM and a 50 W VuFX audio system. The VuON AI processor and Google TV are standard. Chairperson and CEO Devita Saraf said, “The Glo Mini‑LED delivers extraordinary picture quality, intelligent AI processing, immersive sound and elegant design, all working together as one experience.” Prices start at ₹42,500 for sizes from 43‑ to 65‑inches.

LG Electronics India unveiled a 2026 AI TV portfolio that includes 25 ultra‑large models across QNED evo Mini LED, OLED evo, Micro RGB evo and Nano 4K UHD technologies. The highlight is a 115‑inch QNED evo Mini LED TV, the largest Mini LED screen the company has released in the Indian market. Prices range from INR 19,990 to INR 12,99,990. All models run webOS 26 with five‑year OS updates, LG Shield security and Google Gemini integration.

Samsung also reduced the price of its 32‑inch 4K Smart Monitor M80F in the United States to $349.99, positioning it as a space‑saving alternative to a separate TV and computer monitor.
