Samsung SDS unveils enterprise AI and robotics roadmap

Samsung SDS has unveiled its enterprise AI Transformation (AX) strategy and robotics roadmap during the ‘REAL Summit 2026’ held at the Coex Convention Center in Seoul. The company introduced a ‘Multi-Dimensional AI Full Stack’ approach, which aims to bridge the gap between AI adoption and actual business profitability by connecting infrastructure, platforms, and applications.

Key initiatives include the October launch of ‘Brity Works Co-work,’ an enterprise AI agent designed to perform complex tasks and integrate with internal business systems. To support this, Samsung SDS plans to expand its AI data center and GPU infrastructure. The company is also pursuing a ‘Client Zero’ strategy, applying AI to its own internal processes first to validate performance before deploying solutions to clients.

In the robotics sector, Samsung SDS announced plans to launch a ‘Robot Orchestration Platform’ by 2027. This platform will connect production facilities with robots to drive ‘Robot Transformation (RX)’ in manufacturing and logistics. To bolster its service capabilities, the company intends to expand its team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) to approximately 200 specialists this year to provide on-site business problem-solving.
