Samsung to unveil Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 with new variants at July London Unpacked event

Samsung is set to launch its next‑generation wearables at the Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for July 22, 2026 in London. The lineup will include the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and the Galaxy Watch 9 series.

Leaks indicate the Ultra 2 will be offered in both LTE/5G and a new Bluetooth‑only variant, potentially lowering entry prices. The device is expected to have a larger battery, a boxier case, thinner bezels and a revised side button with an orange outline. New colour options – black, silver and beige – are rumored for the Watch 9 and Ultra 2, while the Galaxy Watch Classic is slated to be omitted this year.

Software updates may feature a redesigned Samsung Health interface, a new watch‑face picker and additional AI‑driven health metrics. The event will also showcase Samsung’s upcoming foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8, highlighting broader innovations across the company’s mobile and wearable portfolio.
