Samsung to showcase gaming ecosystem at Gamescom 2026

Samsung has announced its participation in Gamescom 2026, held in Cologne, Germany, from August 26 to 30. Under the slogan “#PlaySamsung,” the company intends to showcase an integrated gaming ecosystem spanning mobile, PC, and storage hardware.

A central highlight of the exhibition is the Odyssey G8 monitor, described as the world’s first 6K gaming monitor. The 32-inch display features a Dual Mode capability, allowing users to switch between 6K resolution at 165 Hz and 3K resolution at up to 330 Hz. The monitor supports G-Sync, AMD FreeSync Premium, and HDR10+.

Other key products to be featured include the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, positioned as a high-end mobile gaming device, and the 9100 PRO SSD, designed for next-generation gaming performance. The company's presence at the event will also include the PlayGalaxy Cup e-sports world finals and various interactive demonstrations.
