Samsung TV Plus India expands to 200 channels via NH Studioz partnership

Samsung TV Plus India has reached a milestone of 200 streaming channels within the country’s connected TV ecosystem. To expand its content library, the platform has entered a partnership with NH Studioz to launch two new channels: Aashirwad TV and Thalaivar Hits.

Aashirwad TV will focus on Hindi entertainment and mythological programming, including titles such as Ramayana and Shree Ganesha. Thalaivar Hits will provide Tamil cinema content, specifically featuring films starring icons Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan.

Samsung TV Plus is a subscription-free, ad-supported streaming service pre-installed on Samsung Smart TVs. The platform recently received recognition as the CTV Platform of the Year at the BCS Ratna Awards.
