Samsunspor alleges Beşiktaş JK blocked Mustafa Hekimoğlu transfer

Samsunspor has released a statement addressing the failed transfer of young player Mustafa Hekimoğlu, alleging that Beşiktaş JK reneged on previously agreed terms. According to the club, Hekimoğlu chose Samsunspor over seven other interested clubs after terms were finalized.

Samsunspor claims that after the player arrived in the city, Beşiktaş JK officials sent an email requesting an additional loan fee of 2,000,000 TL plus VAT, a condition not part of the initial agreement. Although Samsunspor President Yüksel Yıldırım approved this new financial requirement to finalize the deal, the club states that Beşiktaş JK President Serdal Adalı ultimately decided not to proceed with the transfer.

Samsunspor expressed that this decision has caused sporting and financial harm to the club, noting that they have lost other potential forward options and transfer alternatives due to the collapsed process.
