SAMU 192/ES announces recruitment for healthcare professionals in Espírito Santo

The Irmandade da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Vitória, in partnership with the Espírito Santo State Health Secretariat (SESA/ES), has released several public notices for recruitment to support the SAMU 192/ES emergency medical service. The selection processes aim to create a reserve registry for various healthcare and support roles.

Available positions include:

• Emergency Nurse (Enfermeiro Socorrista): Base salary of R$ 3,707.42, plus a R$ 30.00 per-shift ticket and unhealthy work allowance. The role requires 150 monthly hours on a 12-hour shift rotation.

• Emergency Nursing Technician (Técnico em Enfermagem Socorrista): Base salary of R$ 2,243.26, supplemented by a R$ 477.19 floor salary adjustment, a R$ 30.00 per-shift ticket, and unhealthy work allowance. This role follows a 12x36 shift model with 180 monthly hours.

• Medical Regulation Assistant Telephone Operator (TARM): Base salary of R$ 1,933.15 for a 30-hour weekly workload on a 4x2 shift scale. This position serves as the initial contact point for citizens calling 192.
