SAMU celebrates 20 years of emergency medical service in Barretos

A ceremony was held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Emergency Mobile Care Service (SAMU) in Barretos. The event included the presentation of the Dr. Caio Monteiro de Barros Commendation to 16 collaborators and former coordinators in recognition of their contributions to pre-hospital care in the region.

Local officials, including Mayor Odair Silva, attended the ceremony to highlight the service's regional importance and the dedication of its teams. The event honored the history of the service, which has been built by multiple generations of medical professionals.
