Samu modernizes emergency services with Ambulink platform
The Ambulink platform has been officially launched to modernize emergency medical services for Samu in the Campo Grande region. Developed by Senac MS in partnership with Semadesc, Sesau, Agetec, and Samu, the technology is now entering its implementation phase.
The platform centralizes critical information to support medical teams and the Regulation Center. Key features include real-time vehicle tracking, incident monitoring, visualization of health units, and data to assist in selecting the most appropriate vehicle for specific calls. Additionally, the system will introduce digital records, digital signatures, and operational indicators.
The Samu Regional of Campo Grande currently employs approximately 250 professionals across 11 basic support teams, four advanced support teams, and one motorcycle unit. When including linked municipalities, the regional workforce totals nearly 500 professionals.
