Samuele Ricci is nearing a move from AC Milan to Como in a deal structured as a loan with an option to buy. The Italian midfielder, who joined Milan from Torino last summer for approximately €23 million, has struggled to secure a consistent starting role under recent management.

Reports indicate the agreement includes an initial loan fee, with estimates ranging from €1.5 million to €2 million. Como holds a purchase option valued at approximately €22 million, potentially including additional performance-based bonuses. Under the terms, Como will cover Ricci’s full salary during the loan period.

The move is seen as a strategic opportunity for Ricci to gain more playing time under Como manager Cesc Fàbregas. For AC Milan, the deal allows them to manage squad hierarchy and avoid significant capital losses while potentially securing a future transfer fee close to their initial investment.
