San Andrés Cholula hosts seventh Ser Mujer International Forum

The municipal government of San Andrés Cholula has launched the seventh edition of the Ser Mujer International Forum. Led by Mayor Lupita Cuautle, the event aims to promote substantive equality, women's rights, and integral development for the female population.

The forum serves as a regional platform for sharing perspectives on the situation of women in Mexico and Latin America, with a specific focus on developing strategies to prevent violence and providing specialized protection. The program features academic, political, and cultural figures, including Denise Dresser, Sabina Berman, Elvia Rocío Cuenca Bonilla, and Macario Schettino.

Activities include specialized workshops on entrepreneurship, innovation, health, leadership, and technology. The event also incorporates cultural elements such as dialogue panels, artistic presentations, an artisanal fashion show, and the presentation of the Mural de la Mujer award to recognize outstanding women in the region.
