San Andrés Cholula launches major infrastructure and roadwork projects

Lupita Cuautle, the municipal president of San Andrés Cholula, has launched several strategic infrastructure and roadwork projects aimed at improving mobility, accessibility, and public services across various communities.

In Santa María Tonantzintla, work has begun on Guadalupe Victoria Street to address historical drainage issues and road damage. The project includes installing 4,828 square meters of cobblestone pavement, new sidewalks, and modernizing sanitary and rainwater drainage systems.

In San Antonio Cacalotepec, urbanization efforts are underway on Camino Real a Santa Clara Ocoyucan. This project involves laying 3,706 square meters of paving stones, constructing sidewalks, installing potable water and drainage networks, and adding LED street lighting.

Additional high-impact works have been initiated in other areas, including Calle 3 Sur, Calle Colorines in San Bernardino Tlaxcalancingo, and Boulevard Gustavo Díaz Ordaz. These interventions feature hydraulic concrete, drainage renewal, pedestrian safety improvements such as ramps and bollards, and updated road signaling to enhance safety for both drivers and pedestrians.
