San Andrés Cholula Mayor Lupita Cuautle Leads COPLAMUN Session to Boost Transparency and Planning

San Andrés Cholula municipal president Lupita Cuautle chaired the second ordinary session of the 2026 Municipal Development Planning Committee (COPLAMUN). The meeting focused on strengthening planning, transparency and accountability in the execution of municipal works and actions.

Cuautle emphasized that rigorous documentary and technical monitoring, together with the evaluation of physical and financial progress, enables timely decisions, risk correction and more effective use of public resources. COPLAMUN brings together auxiliary authorities, cabinet members, councilors, and representatives from the education, business and civil‑society sectors to review the status of projects and ensure responsible governance.
