San Bernardino selects developer for Arden Guthrie commercial project

The San Bernardino City Council has selected Panorama Development as the preferred developer for the Arden Guthrie site, a 17.61-acre vacant property. The site is located near the intersection of Highland Avenue and the Interstate 210 Freeway, close to the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and the San Bernardino Soccer Complex.

Mayor Helen Tran stated that the project aims to attract private investment, create jobs, and expand commercial amenities and tax revenue for the city. Following this selection, the city and Panorama Development expect to enter into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement within the coming month to refine the project concept and establish a framework for a final development agreement.
