San Cayetano Pilgrimage marks 40 years in Corrientes

The Archdiocese of Corrientes has called for the 40th annual Pilgrimage of Workers and their Families to the San Cayetano Sanctuary in Riachuelo, Argentina. The event honors San Cayetano, the patron saint of bread and work.

The pilgrimage begins at 7:00 AM with a blessing at the Rotonda Virgen de Itatí, followed by a walk along National Route 12 and Provincial Route 8. A Holy Mass will be presided over by Vicar General Daniel Masares at the sanctuary at 11:00 AM.

To support the event, local authorities, including representatives from the Riachuelo Municipality, the provincial police, the Ministry of Health, Civil Defense, and firefighters, have coordinated a security and medical assistance operation to ensure the safety of the participants during the journey.
