San Cristóbal de Las Casas Mayor delivers second government report

Fabiola Ricci Diestel, the municipal president of San Cristóbal de Las Casas, delivered her second government report before an audience of over 16,000 people. During the solemn session, she highlighted several administrative achievements from her two years in office.

Ricci Diestel reported a 79 percent reduction in crime and noted that the region welcomed more than 2.7 million visitors. Her administration also completed 370 infrastructure projects and implemented social programs benefiting over 275,000 people. She expressed her intention to continue working alongside President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo and Chiapas Governor Eduardo Ramírez Aguilar to address remaining municipal challenges.
