San Felice sul Panaro to host Thunder Town post-apocalyptic event
San Felice sul Panaro will host the “Thunder Town. Choose your future” event on October 10 and 11, 2026. Directed by photographer Roberto Gatti, the event will transform the historic center into a post-apocalyptic film and photography set. The theme focuses on a future where water is a scarce and contested resource.
The program includes a conference on agroecology and biodiversity by Danusia Morrone, a roundtable discussion on climate and environment, and a reading of Jean Giono’s “The Man Who Planted Trees.” On Sunday, October 11, Fujifilm Italia will host a photography workshop and exhibition. The event will feature over 200 extras participating in parades and various photographic sets throughout the town.
